Private meditation sessions
In my private meditation sessions (in-person or Skype), I teach the Living Meditation Method, which is a method of meditation based on the yogic traditions with the goal of connecting us more with ourselves so that we may live from a place of clear purpose and passion and therefore less stress.
I’m also honored to have been given full permission by Roshi Joan Halifax to teach G.R.A.C.E., a process for bringing compassion into your interactions with others.
