Heart of service

This is a 6-week meditation program specifically designed for physicians and our very unique needs.  We as physicians, have a rare view of humanity that may not be easily understood by others.  The unique challenges and gifts of our work can bring us so much inspiration and joy but also stress that can accumulate into burn out and disconnect us from our intention of serving humanity, reducing our life’s work to the daily grind.

This course uses meditation and contemplation techniques to promote self-awareness and connect us back to our original intention to serve.

You will get:

  • A new online lesson each week with guided mediations and exercises
  • Three live group calls to ask questions and troubleshoot problem areas
  • One one-on-one 50 minute session with me (either in-person or video call) where we will talk and meditate together

We are accepting applications through February for the start date of March 15, 2018.

Please feel free to contact me via the contact form for any questions!
